
🔷 General Post Event
1. Cleaning up
The organizer is responsible for tidying up and cleaning the venue used during the event and making sure that it is in the same condition as it was before the event. The clean-up also includes all posters, banners, buntings, and any form of promotion piece spread throughout the campus for the event should be cleaned up and discard 1 week after the event has commenced. Failure to do so will cause 0.5 marks in the tiering system to be deducted for each event that doesn’t follow these criteria
🔷 Centre for Student Development (CSD)
1. Submit the CSD POST-EVENT REPORT
All events need to go through the submission of the CSD POST-EVENT REPORT. If any Clubs and Societies (C&S) are participants or collaborators of the event, the CSD POST-EVENT REPORT still needs to be submitted to acknowledge participation and may be included in the C&S Tiering System.
The CSD Post-Event Report must include:

Description of the programme (A summary of the event (maximum 1200 words))

Objectives of the programme (Use the same objectives in the E-Memo form)

Outcome and Impact of the programme (Include positive and negative impacts (negative impacts do not affect the reputation, it is just a report for CSD to keep record of))

List of Participants/Committees (Upload the list of participants which include the full name of participants, year of study, student matric ID (if applicable))

· Collaborators/Sponsorship/ ALUMNI or VIP involvement

Post Event Report must be submitted within 5 days after the program is concluded in the online form given. The post event report must be submitted with 3-10 pictures (in High-Definition quality) in the online form.
1. Submit the Student’s Claim Form (Consumables) & Form

Preferably filled by the treasurer of the club applying for the event since the treasurer liaises with the finances of the club.

Cost center number and reference number can be left blank and filed in by CSD.
